3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ the brewpub. Dark golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is fruity with a hint of caramel. Flavor is quite fruity as well with malt and some caramel. Moderate but present bitterness. Medium body and a bit short on aftertaste. OK thirst-quencher pretty similar to the beer style that Norwegian macro breweries sell as Christmas beer in grocery shops during winter. A bit more on the fruity sides maybe.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the brewpub. It pours a dense, finger-thick, creamy beige head over an unclear, light amber body. Lacings left. There’s some butterscotch in the aroma, soon overpowered by fruityness, like oranges and peaches, and some caramel. Fruityness and caramel flavor, oranges, peaches and some yellow apples. A decent bitterness kicks in towards the end. Soft on the palate, with nice carbonation. Fruity and bitter finish. A decent and drinkable one, but not the best crafted beer I’ve had here. 120421
