750mL bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dirty gold color with a thick off-white head. A crisp aroma of wheat, raspberries, and a touch of lemon juice. Thin to medium-bodied. Goes down crisp and wheaty with loads of tangy raspberries and just enough of a malty caramel backbone to provide some body. Some sour lemony flavors at the end.
Draft in Federal Hill. Pours clear amber copper with a thin off white head. Tastes tart and dry like raspberries and cranberries. Faint fruit aroma. Light body and medium carbonation. sonnycheeba (6259) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 12, 2013
Tap. Pours clear amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma is cereal malts, raspberries, barnyard notes, and light hops. Flavor is bready malts forward with raspberry esters, faint esters, and some dry fruit; dry finish. Light body and low carbonation. j12601 (13027) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2010
Bottle at the Shenandoah Throwdown. If you served this to me blind my first reaction would have been that I wandered into any number of mediocre brewpubs and got their crappy raspberry wheat. This tastes exactly like every single one of those. Cloying, messy, artificial fruit flavor dominating everything. Rather terrible. dolemike1 (1288) - Jeannette, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 28, 2010
Draft at Pub Dog: Hazy yellow with a white head, nose of raspberry and citrus, flavor is of mainly raspberry, some tart citrus, and wheat, light bodied and refreshing.
