Fairly traditional approach to this style, hazy honey color little to no head which seems to be a growing trend with this style. A yeast and orange aroma, sweet. A good session beer.
Banana flavor dominates this one. Decent for this style that I don’t like. Poured from draft as part of a flight at Public brewing tap room. crossovert (12911) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 27, 2013
Pretty standard witbier, quite dry, notes of wheat, lemon, and spice, high carbonation. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 4, 2013
On tap at Public Craft House. Hazy banana yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, pepper and soap. Taste of wheat, light lemon and spices. Dry and a touch astringent. notalush (5875) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 19, 2013
Tap at the brewery - turbid gold - minimal lace - quite a sweet wit, with a pretty intense spice profile - flavors of honey, coriander, white pepper - toasted wheat - decent, but far too sweet.
