Not too cloudy yellow color. Nice zip yet a little clove. Not much of a fruit finish as id expect. Doesnt really jump out like an utban chestnut or kc bier hefe. Suitable for a crowded bar meal atmosphere, but kind of a nice simple taste

12 ounce bottle thanks to sethdude! Hazy orange, thin fizzy head, poor retention. Aroma of yeasty wheat, nutty notes, citrus, mild clove. The taste is banana, citrus, wheat, hints of vanilla. Thin-medium bodied. Solid.

I really like hefes but this one was kind of a disappointment. Weak banana, clove notes and mostly slightly sweet wheat cereals overwhelm the profile. Also had a bite/spice to it that should have been well balanced w flavors typical of Hefeweizen.

Light bread yeast but not much here. Clean finish. Only a hint of banana. Bottle.

12oz bottle scooped up in STL. Unfiltered thick orange body. Thin, glass-rimming white head. Medium bodied. Not really that impressive of an offering. Orange, banana, mild clove. Really doesnít come together in a quality way. Relatively weak example of the style, but still drinkable.

Sample at Waldo Hopfest 2016. Comes a hazy pale gold with a decent white head. Aroma of grain and fruit. Taste is wheat, yeast, banana, and spice. Nice Hefeweizen.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a good white head. Fruity and estery. A solid hefe. Really enjoying this one.

Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grainy and light estery. High carbonation. Dry, estery and light fruity. Dry and estery into the finish

Pours a very cloudy orange. Crazy thin, huge head. But it dies down to a pillowy thick head. But that goes down to a thin layer of head. Some lacing, not much.

Aroma is banana and yeast. Some cloves, not much. Itís so well carbonated, you can smell it.

Taste is lightly clove. Not so much banana. Maybe some bubblegum. Citrus. I taste the wheat too. Well balanced, itís neither bitter or sweet.

Mouthfeel is medium. Slightly dry. Very carbonated, so it bubbles on your tongue even after you swallow. But if finishes clean.

Overall, this is pretty good. Itís a little weird. Perhaps a little more citrus, or maybe a touch of honey would do this well. Iím not too familiar with the style, but Iím guessing this is decent for the style. I think I would have it again. Itís decent.
