Cloudy, yellow-orange with a beige head.
Orange malt and peel aroma.
Orange malt, baby aspirin, biscuit malt flavour.
Not bad.....but, doesn't quite hit Imperial IPA levels on any level beyond the alcohol content....pretty mild. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - SEP 9, 2017
Can. Orange, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet floral/lactic orange, biscuit malt, and orange peel flavor. Okay body. Decent - pretty subdued for a DIPA. hopscotch (11236) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 20, 2017
Can… Pours cloudy and golden with a large, frothy, white head. Great retention. Smells peppery, medicinal and leathery. Medium-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor is violently and metallically bitter. This is super-bitter just for the sake of having more IBUs than the other guy’s IPA. As it warms, the aroma becomes more medicinal and a lot of toasted malt sweetness becomes all too perceptible. It doesn’t do an already-bad beer any favors. This is painful. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 26, 2017
12oz can. Small off-white head atop lightly hazed light amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, pine, light grapefruit, cardboard. Taste is moderately sweet, pine, some lemon, light grapefruit, caramel, bread. Medium body, some resin, light acidity.

something may have been wrong with this beer. extremely bitter with a yeast fail off flavor. likely infected. Mislabeled as a Pale and a far cry from an Imperial IPA as they claim on their site. I had to toss the sixer after sipping from 2 different cans. JStax (7175) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAR 11, 2017
12 ounce can poured into a sort of chalice glass. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is resinous and piny. Big bitterness. Bigger body and moderate carbonation. Perhaps I had an old can, but there was no sign of a date on the can anywhere, so who knows. Regardless, the beer wasn’t very good. Hopefully it is better in other formats. weihenweizen (4111) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - JAN 19, 2017
Refrigerated 12 oz. can poured into a glass. Hazy orange with small white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and thin small bubble lacing. Taste is super juicy grapefruit, some herbal hops, and fruity (mostly apricot). Nice imperial IPA.
