12oz can via trade with tgenenbacher, Thanks Todd! Pours straw gold with a 1 finger, slightly chunky white head that fades to a thick skim and holds. Aroma is grain, nuts, toast, mineral and a light bread yeast starter. Flavor is very grainy malt up front, followed by toasted grain, dusty straw, grass, prarie flower floral notes and a hint of citrus to finish. Palate is suprisingly creamy, medium bodied, lightly carbonated and slightly dry/chalky, but still overall creamy to the finish, nice. I really enjoyed this brew, nice texture and mouthfeel. Sampled a few times at Burning Can. Probably the best pilsner I’ve ever had. Just incredible. Very malty and light and crisp. Couldn’t get enough of this one. Absolutely loved it. Braudog (6675) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - MAY 7, 2004
Nice look .. golden, bubbly with a nice adhesive stark white head. Nice Saazy aroma. Citric and sweet, malty with a mellow finish. Decent; Pug Ryan’s best. waolsen (1376) - Littleton, Colorado, USA - SEP 24, 2006

12oz can from tgenebacher. Thanks! I love beer in a can! This one had some grassy, earthy, and slightly pepper hops in the nose with light bready grain and a hint of dust. Pours pale golden, nice creamy head and solid lace. The flavor has notes of grainy bread, dust, a hint of hay, earthy and grassy hops with a light to moderate bitterness in the finish. Dry and quenching, nice light lingering grass as well. Nice pils in a can. Clean, drinkable, dry, quenching. Woo!

Tap at brewery. Clear light golden yellow appearance with a medium sized ligh colored head. Very good pale malty Pils aroma. Tasty, malty Pils body that’s bitter but not as much as a Bohemian Pilsner. Good beer. Marheb (5717) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 27, 2016
(En fût à la source): Présence protéinée suffisante, un léger sulfure, minéraux et un enrobage feuillu très vert. Très agréable et pas aussi ennuyant que les critiques le laissait entendre. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - JUN 5, 2004
Bright golden with a creamy-white head and nice lace. Crisp on the palate. Grainy malts with a cereal-like sweetness. Earthy and wholesome. Hops were spicy and herbal, with aromas of grass and flowers and earth. Nice level of bitterness took the sweet edge off; it cleaned up good. Nice pilsner. On tap at brewpub. Pour is clear straw in appearance with a frothy white head and great lacing. Cracker, grassy, biscuity, straw, doughy, lightly citrusy, and bready aroma. Taste is lightly toasty, grassy, straw, biscuity, doughy, crackers, grainy, and bready with a light bitter bite on the backend. Light body with crisp carbonation. Not a bad pilsner... this place is surprising me. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2009
