(Trinity Saison Festival 4/17/10). Light rose/blush color. Medium white head. Moderate brett and tart cherry aroma, with light sweetness. Tart cherry and brett flavors. Avg duration. Light tart finish. Thin texture. Soft carbonation. Spare lacing. That1Guy (2236) - Colorado, USA - MAR 9, 2010
Avery Sour Ale Fest. I just wrote down "nope" for my notes on this one. Can only assume that there was neither a cherry nor a bomb in this brew. Compared to other Pumphouse fruity beers I’ve had, I wouldn’t be surprised if the fruit was either flat and stale or basically non-existent. notalush (5867) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 28, 2010
Boulder Sourfest ’10 - promising nose, with a nice cherry character, mild spiciness and subtle yeast phenols - the taste, however, was waxy, artificial, like poorly made cherry syrup - it kind of tasted like the inside of a Yankee Candle shop - yick. madmitch76 (24511) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2010
11th October 2008. GABF. This version a stronger 6.4% abv. Hazy gold beer. Nicely sour with only a light touch of cherry. Nice palate cleanser. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 20, 2009
(Draught, 6.4% version) Pours a cloudy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of cherry, wheat, grass, citrus, and florals. Flavor of hops (grassy, herbal), light cherry, and yeast.

draft. Lots of brett phenolics. Hint of cherry. Light yellow color. No sourness. Low flavor, but still very good. Wonderful. drjay44 (3682) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUL 5, 2008
Nose with lots of fruit and yeast, followed up by great balance of flavors. It has the typical cloudiness of a Saison. a very nice beer. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - SEP 8, 2002
Very promising nose. Upon the first sip, it actually delivered. Near equal amounts of yeasty and alcoholic flavors. Malts were mild, yet noticeable. Cherry notes were subtle in the aroma and flavor departments, thankfully. Actually, I thought it had the perfect amount of cherry infusion; not too much, but just enough. It provided some subtle fruity flavors and a nice tartness in the finish. Interesting sensation of hotness on the tongue. Very well-made and tasty. Draught. Medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (light bread), lightly hoppy (flowers, citrus - lemon), lightly yeasty (barnyard), with notes of cherry, orange, and apricot. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Nice fruity aroma, mild quick tartness, decent brew.
