Pours clear orange with white head, aroma has notes of fruity peach notes, touch of spice and lemon, some bready notes in there as well. Taste is sweet with notes of fruity lemon, apricot, some mango, with a touch of spice, bready notes, finishing sweet. Not bad, wish it dried out a bit more and was a bit one-dimensional. Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (dough), with notes of orange and peach.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Innocuous and fruity wheat beer. luckygirl (1223) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 1, 2006
Had this at the brewery. Beer pours a murky, light-yellow color with a small, creamy, white, mostly and quickly diminishing head. The aroma is a little faint with moderate notes of resin/pine, a trace yeast note of dough and tons of trace miscellaneous notes which included peach, vanilla, honey and pineapple. The flavor was moderately sweet and lightly bitter with a short, balanced, rather bland and unclean-tasting finish. The body was light, the texture was watery and the carbonation was lively. Draught at brewery. Pours cloudy, murky yellow with a creamy head and lined lacing. Aroma is peach, mango and malt (wheat), trace yeast. Malt (meal, grain) flavor with yeast (dough) and peach, mango notes. Light bodied and fizzy palate. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - NOV 16, 2003
Hazy and light yellow with a frothy white head. Soft, tingly carbonation. Light-tasting, earthy malts. Extremely sweet mango flavors up front, with some fruity mango aromas near the finish. Strange, "wet wood" / yeasty notes throughout, almost like stinky cheese in a way. Not necessarily bad, but odd. Very mild bitterness and a hint of tartness in the finish.
