@ GBBF 2014. Quite dark in the glass. Very smooth and fresh beginning. Nice tannins there, together with a smooth woodiness. Fruity tart apples. The mainpart has ripe apples, earthy tannins, nice dry and fruity. The aftertaste is a bid acidic, earth, wood and nice dry ripe apples. Great combination!

Polycask @ NWAF 2012, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.
[ As Pure North Vally Gold Dry ].
Clear medium orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, yellow apples, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. IMO a easy cider - nice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
