clear golden colour. gentle aroma of hops , hint of spice. lovely balanced flavour and a slightly bitter sweet malty finish.

foxo82 (900) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow. Aroma slightly sweet amongst the hops. Taste has initial hints of citrus, giving way immediately to quite strong hops. Not the most quaffable of ales due to the dryness but one to dabble with from time to time.

TheJestersBeer (2430) - SWEDEN - AUG 29, 2011

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2015 Gravity cask at the East Dulwich Tavern. Clear, yellow-gold with a slight film. Tangy tangerine notes in aroma, light straw. Lightly sweet, hay, tangy citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty dry finish, straw and more citrusy bitters. Nice beer. (30 April 2011, score: 3.5)

Cask at GBBF 2014 - London. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Tasty golden, with nice juicy citrus notes, some mango and melon. Light bodied with fine carbonation; well conditioned. Modest biscuity pale bread finish, some further citrusy hops. Nice. (August 2014, score: 3.6)

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 17, 2011
Golden but uninteresting body. Mild, but still tasteful. Citrus, dough. Easy to drink. Not as full of taste as the other Purity ales. (50cl bottle)

Cask, gravity, at Luton Beer Festival ’11.Gold with a small white head. Underarm malt aroma with grassy notes. Rough, tough malt taste with a sharp bitter finish. Didn’t really like it.

greenmanalishi (547) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2011
Cask. Hoppy and citric giving way to biscuity dry finish. Very drinkable beer.

sm89walt (2065) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 28, 2010
Cask (gravity) - The Plough, Norwich. A clear golden beer with a small, disappearing white head. Some sulphur starts off the aroma followed by dry, grassy hops & toastiness. The sulphur comes through on the palate, though slightly lighter with an ok pale malt sweetness, mid-fruitiness and subtle citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, softish palate but the finish is relatively short. Fair but not as good as Mad Goose from the same brewery.
