Cask. Hoppy and citric giving way to biscuity dry finish. Very drinkable beer. sm89walt (2065) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 28, 2010
Cask (gravity) - The Plough, Norwich. A clear golden beer with a small, disappearing white head. Some sulphur starts off the aroma followed by dry, grassy hops & toastiness. The sulphur comes through on the palate, though slightly lighter with an ok pale malt sweetness, mid-fruitiness and subtle citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, softish palate but the finish is relatively short. Fair but not as good as Mad Goose from the same brewery. BeerCast_Rich (1906) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 15, 2010
[cask at the Wellington, Birmingham] Clear golden colour, long-lasting white head with no real rising carbonation to speak of. Slight aroma of hops, on the palate tastes like an easy-drinking golden ale – good balance of hops and malt with citrus flavours coming to the fore. Dry at the finish but not really biscuity. Highly sessionable and very, very nice daniele (9063) - ITALY - AUG 12, 2010

Cask at Farnham Beerex 2010. Pours a good golden colour, plenty of hops in the aroma. Plenty of fruit in the taste, with a good dry finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2010
Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a dense white head leaving laces. Fresh, citrusy nose. Light body, dry fruit and citrus accents with a whiff of elderflower. Finish is dry. Fresh and quenching. 150110 DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 24, 2009
Cask in the rake. Alround rating: Pale and honey sweet malt, citrusy and fresh, finish just kind of dies not too much bitterness. Still nice session drink. wheresthepath (2335) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2009
[Cask at the Back of Beyond, Reading] Gold, small white head. Crisp, clean, light and refreshing with floral hops and a long, dry citrus finish. Possibly a little one dimensional, and I could quickly get bored of it, but nevertheless if you want a quick pint of a really refreshing golden ale, this would definitely hit the mark.
