Cask. Pours amber brown with thick white foam top. Aroma bread, biscuit malts, hedge fruits and floral notes. Taste is medium bitterness, with some light sweet inflections. And that works in a bitter. Palate is medium bodied creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Overall this was better than I expected. It almost made the company tolerable. All beers £2.50 attracts the dross as well as the young dross.

Bottle from local Waitrose supermarket. Fun branding, great appearance on shelf. Starts bright, malty after taste. Pleasing bitterness. An easy drinking amber.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2017 Dark orange in colour, light head, great taste, went down very well. Discovered it at the Chesford Grange in Kenilworth, Warwick. Now one of my favourites.

(Bottle) Pours clear amber brown with good head. Lovely aroma with caramel and floral notes. Light body with medium carbonation. Ice taste - light toffee malt with nice fruity notes and some pleasant gentle bitterness in finish. Very drinkable.

MRMedellin (326) - Bogota, COLOMBIA - SEP 6, 2017
Clear orange, red beer, standard carbonation, small white head. At nose some floral and caramel notes, but it doesn't have any other characteristics. At palate light medium body, rather sweet flavor and slight bitterness at the end with a watery aftertaste.
