COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask.
Brewed with heart and soul. Cross swords with this orange-hued, rye-infused IPA and you’re sure to succumb. Combined in its made-in-Warwickshire ranks are Galaxy, Simcoe and Chinook hops for subtle fruit notes, reinforced by bold-as-brass bitterness.

Moon and Starfish Spoons. Cask. LIghtly hazy amber beer. Bubbly white head. Palate is light, semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Semi sweet pale malts. Nice floralness. Good tangerine peel and a little lemon. Mild hop spice. Floralness turns bitter and that tangerine sweeter! Some marmalade on the finish. Spicy linger. Good stuff.

Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear pale amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of orange, grapefruit, slight yeast and floral hops Taste of orange, grapefruit, some passion fruit, subtle caramel and floral hops. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A dry, citrusy bitterness in the finish. A decent cask APA, not overly hoppy but well balanced, flavourful and very drinkable. Good.

Cask at the Kings Tun, magenta-tinged brown with a think white foam and a piney herbal hop nose. Toffee malt and resin under a sharp grapefruit bitterness. Burnt caramel plus hints of toasted nuts and Seville orange. Good, though bitterness a little overwhelms the fruit.

Cask at Birmingham Beer Bash 2013. Whisper it, but this became... Thickly sweet and tangy hops, like a mouth based liquid paste. Of golden hops.
