Veramente ottime tutte le birre prodotte da questa piccola birreria situata nella val Pusteria in mezzo alle Dolomiti. Birre classiche ma molto gustose.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2014 On tap. Pours clear light amber with two fingers of off white head. Light smell of sweet and slightly roasted malts, similar taste, light body, medium carbonation.

Buona birra ambrata. Sapori tostati si uniscono al caramello. Aroma di luppolo giustamente assente. Birra onesta, ben bilanciata, ma non entusiasmante.

Thanks to Willems Urenkel for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, small head. Starts mild, but not washy, modest dry-malty. More and more moldy with soapy notes. Finish malty-spicy. Okay.

0,33 l bottle. Amber coloured, small head, fine CO2. A little bit malt and toffee in the nose. Starts malty, light coffee, a little bit roasty. Followed by fine bitterness, medium body and good drinking. Well crafted.

Golden in color, decent, light caramel/toffee aroma . Finishes with a slight hint of malt. All in all, very light.

Grima (2506) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - MAY 30, 2012
Courtesy of KOELSCHTRINKER, thanks Roman!!!
The beer is dark amber colored in the glass, with high, fine and long-lasting head. It smells caramelly and subtle like aroma hops, in the background a little honey. Starts caramelly and malty sweet, slightly bitter in the background. The middle part is delicious hoppy, paired with honey and caramel. Goes into a very hoppy finish with caramel and bonds of honey!

3.3
Koelschtrinker (21318) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 3, 2011
Herber Antrunk, schnell bitter und trocken. Auch später bleibt das Bier knackig bitter, frisch, der Hopfen kommt angenehm zur Geltung. Spritziger Abgang, herb, trocken. Nordisches Pils. 11/10/10/11//11
