Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange golden color with a small white head. The aroma is very fruity and a light malt. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a light sweet malt with a fruity finish. A decent wheat ale from Pyramid

Cloudy amber color with a mediocre off-white head. Grainy breadlike aromas. Weak bread/biscuit flavors. Not a lot there. travita (5008) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 17, 2008
Amber in color with an ok head. Hazy. Fruitness in the smell. Blandish in the flavor. Not really any discinction. GG (2332) - NorCal, California, USA - JAN 16, 2008
Another so-so beer from Pyramid, but what do you expect from an American wheat?. Nothing too exciting offered with this brew. The beer pours out a nice deep amber color with a really small head. Aromas are a bit of cracker, very light fruit. Same with the taste. A bit too carbonated for my liking in a wheat beer. Overall, boring. But nothing horrendous about it. smashteroid (262) - Alabama, USA - JAN 9, 2008
served cold from bottle. pours a hazy copper/orange with a minuscule (barely-there) head. the aroma is malty with hints of fruits. the flavor is quite sweet but also the characteristics of a typical wheat beer. i enjoyed it, as i enjoy most pyramid wheat beers. high drinkability level.

I’m always a fan of wheat beers. This one is good, but nothing special. I do like the hybrid amber/wheat for the extra carmel malt. kidmartinek (5007) - austin, Texas, USA - DEC 14, 2007
Pours copper orange, no foam. The palate is a little watery, but all the carbonation comes out in the mouth. Wierd. The flavor is sweet, slightly caramel, and carbonated. There is no lacing on the glass, interestingly enough. Snojerk321 (2984) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 26, 2007
nose of vanilla, dried fruits as well. An ok beer overall. 12oz bottle from BevMO Carmel mountain elelwarren (140) - SF Bay area, California, USA - NOV 25, 2007
Tasted at Pyramid’s Berkeley, Ca brewery as part of a taster set of 6 beers, and this one was among the best. Cloudy, amber, very light head. Vanilla scent, sweet, banana flavor. First of the glasses to empty among a group. Much better than their Hefeweizen. CapFlu (5132) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 7, 2007
Sampled at the brewpub on October 18, 2007. Pours a thin, white dissipated head with an amber body. Nose and flavour of butter and wet wheat. Like a breakfast cereal with melted margarine on top. Yikes!
