Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

Note: Previously Pyramid Audacious Apricot Ale.

This beer poured an orange color and the taste was full of apricot fruitiness. However, this is not really to my liking because I like apricots and beer, just not together.

Initially I was disappointed with this beer. I am not really into the Hef/blonde vairety if beers but this was just watery and bland. Apricot is jsut an afterthought. Bleek

a good ale that does not lie when it claims to taste of apricots. I've met some non-beer drinkers who like this one.

Hazy light orange appearance. Roasty hops and a touch of apricot in the aroma. Spritzy and lightly fruity, I was expecting more of an apricot experience. Finishes with a little hoppiness.

This stuff really tastes like apricots. If they put something else on tap after it,without changing lines, that will have an apricot flavor as well. (even if they clean the lines.)

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2003 Quite nice for a fruit beer. One of the few drinkable beers for some non-beer drinking freinds of mine, but perhaps that's not a good point. Very weak aroma, and flavors are good, although they don't merge well. Overly sweet, but still quite bland.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2003 Don't let the name scare you away. A pleasent aroma and flavor makes this a unique beer perfect for relaxing.

very fruity, somewhat crisp, but don't have too many you might attract fruit flys!

Radek Kliber (7483) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - DEC 29, 2002
True to its name aroma, true but not pushy. I do not like in general fruit beers because often they use overpowering flavors. In this case it was balanced well. Fruity at front but softly bitter at the finish. Interesting, well made fruit flavored ale.

Tom Servo (424) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - DEC 20, 2002
A nice fruit brew, though I can't say I'm a huge fan of fruit. The apricot is definatly strong, though it appears to have a hint of nut in it. Not bad, but not the greatest. Apricot is a good choice for flavor though.
