Poured a honey pale clear color with one finger of white head that dissipated very quickly. Average lacing on the side. Minimal retention.
Smelled honey, caramel, bread, cereal and toast.
Tasted pretty close to the nose. Got honey obviously, as well as some cereal, lemon grass, hay and toast. Nothing stood out here.
Light body. Thin texture. Soft (below average)-to-flat carbonation. Abrupt finish, but somewhat refreshing.
Not a big fan of this beer. Nothing stood out, pretty ordinary. mjteeters (37) - Issaquah, Washington, USA - MAR 30, 2013

Limited edition. It has a rich flavor, and a bit of spice to it. It’s nice to have a honey beer every once in a while.

Sample at the Seattle brewpub. Murky pale amber in color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, honey and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, sweet honey and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet with a short malt aftertaste. Average overall. bb (9268) - Alamo, California, USA - MAR 10, 2013
