I got this from a friend who bought it from a store that carries mostly “out-dated” beer. This pours a murky, dirty orange color with a foamy, off-white head. There is mostly the aroma of oranges mixed with spice. The taste is a little unusual as I have never had chai flavored beer before. It’s a heavier wheat beer with fairly bold spices. It leaves a lingering after taste that invites you to take another sip. Not to bad overall. DMLINAZ (332) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - DEC 25, 2012
Got this in a variety 12-pack for the holidays. Smooth, easy to drink; to me it’s almost exactly like the Pyramid apricot, just without the apricot, and maybe a little spice added. I don’t pick up much "chai." thetmaxx (917) - West Sacramento, California, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Poured from the winter pack. Aroma is very intense of spice, like tea. Flavor is also dominated by the spice. I guess a basic wheat is a good canvas. This beer is interesting. Burps up with less spices which is nice. Dogbrick (13027) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 12, 2013
Sample at the Seattle brewpub. The beer pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head that diminishes slowly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of malt, chai tea and wheat. The finish is wheaty with s mildly spiced aftertaste. Slightly above average overall. haddon90 (1634) - Newport Beach, California, USA - APR 21, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear, dark golden color with an OK white head. Nice, wheat aroma with a hint of berries and some spice. Smooth taste with some malt and spice. Hint of blueberries in the flavor as well. Interesting beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber yellow with a medium light beige head and decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, spices (not really identifying them with chai), lemon, and a touch of cardboard. Flavor is about the same, spicy and medium sweet. Light bodied. Tycho52 (65) - California, USA - JAN 28, 2013
Poured from a 12 oz bottle from the winter pack. Pours to a hazy orange with a quickly dissipating small white head. Aroma is has a bash of spice, including the sweet spice chai. Flavor is effervescent and puts the spice on the front of the mouth to the back. dominated by the spice. No real sense of a wheatiness like other hefeweizen, due to the spice. Has a fizzy, oily feel, and a decent lingering chai flavor. Unique, and rather enjoyable. AdamGott (386) - Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA - NOV 10, 2012
