Not very good. Had a skunky kick to it. Maybe I had a bad batch so I'll try it again. Braudog (6719) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUN 16, 2003
Very clear and crisp. An authentic flavor with that hint of wheat grist, crisp and refreshing. Good summertime beer. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUN 16, 2003
(Best by 7/2/03, consumed 6/16/03): Clear pale golden body topped by quickly dissipating medium white head. Aroma is sweet and pine/herbal. Taste is apple up front, quickly turning to a grassy/herbal hoppiness. Dry acidic finish. Light watery body -- a lawnmower beer a touch above the average one. Not Pyramids best, but an adaquate beer. Pale golden color, and a white head that diminished fairly quickly. Lightly hoppy flavor, and a bit thin for my tastes. tkaufman (128) - Lewis Center, Ohio, USA - MAY 26, 2003
Pours with very large bubbles and a minimal head. Is very highly carbonated though. Appearance and aroma aside it isn't a bad tasting beer. Clean grain flavors dominate with some spicy hops backing it up. Not the best Kolsch though.

Head is initially small, frothy, white, fully diminishing. Body is hazy light yellow, dense tiny particles, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), moderately hoppy (herbs, grass, flowers), with a light note of honey. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, metallic. Nice enough aroma, but the aftertaste ruins this beer. baobubba (454) - Starkville, Mississippi, USA - APR 22, 2003
UPDATED: MAY 24, 2003 Moderate white head, golden color. Aroma of dry/metallic resiny noble hops, a little bisquit/cake, faint bubble gum. Semi-sweet with a quick bitter finish, almost crisp. No aftertaste. Darkover (1538) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 10, 2003
UPDATED: FEB 19, 2004 Pale yellow with a small quickly disapearing head. Slight malt flavor and aroma. 21iceman40 (1735) - Grafton, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 26, 2003
UPDATED: FEB 3, 2003 I really looked forward to the seasond in which I could obtain this brew. There is nothing that stands out, or is respectable in this brew. It was mgd in a different bottle. 3fourths (9347) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 12, 2003
UPDATED: JUL 3, 2007 [rerate needed] A suprising taste from a ’large micro’ such as Pyramid. Taste was well-rounded and full. One of the better summer beers you can find in Oklahoma liquor stores (known for their horrid selection). Comparable to a witbier, but with less coriander taste and slightly more dry. However, if left on the shelf for more than a couple of weeks this beer goes bad fast.
