From tap in Berkeley. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry and malty. Light fruity. Citrusy and mild peachy flavoured. Bitter and dry into a smooth crisp hoppy finish. Bitter and fruity finish. kmweaver (3207) - Petaluma, California, USA - MAR 17, 2010
12oz bottle, courtesy of Pyramid. Thanks! Pours a bright, clear, medium golden-orange color; creamy white head with good retention and fine-bubbled lacing; slightly more head formation would be a plus. While there are a fair amount of pleasant hops in the aroma (citrus, tropical fruits, etc.), the malt character here is a bit much (honey, candy sugar, cereal); heading towards overt, cloying sweetness without tumbling over the edge; the high hop bitterness definitely helps. Medium body: lively carbonation and slightly creamy presence in the mouth; following the nose (and especially as this warms) the malt character starts to step up and beyond the (reasonably pleasant) hop bitterness here; honey and wet cereal malts push for unwarranted attention alongside some rather charismatic citrus and passion fruit hop notes; on the bitter side, but a bit too sweet for what this should be; very pleasant feel in the mouth, but the sweetness eventually catches up. Not bad, not exemplary. Lasting finish of citrus hop bitterness, candy sugar, and hints of honeyed malts. Cornfield (5569) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - MAY 12, 2010
Bottle from Binny’s Beverage Depot in Orland Park, Illinois: This poured a clear golden boy with a frothy white head that pasted lace on the glass. The aroma was fruity with tart peaches and tangerines. The flavor has a light grainy malt and fruity hops followed by a stab of bitterness. Okay. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 24, 2010
Bottle... Poured golden with a white head. Floral, hoppy nose, sort of subdued, with a candy sweetness. A well balanced pale. Mild bitterness with just enough floral hop and citrus flavors to satisfy. Grainy, malt finish with a dry bitterness. dwedin (249) - Happy Valley, Oregon, USA - JAN 28, 2010
slightly spicy, grassy aroma. color is clear, light orange. tasted smooth at first, not a whole lot of flavor. ibu’s are there but bitterness seems one-dimensional and it lingers for awhile. a clean example, not a standout.

( 12oz bottle thanks to fratto) Pours pale yellow-orange with no head. Nose of chlorine, oranges, honey. Taste of toastiness, grains, very light citrus hops. Crisp earthy finish and some pine resin as well. Cavie (4775) - Arlington, Texas, USA - FEB 1, 2010
Bottle courtesy of Fratto. Clear golden pour. Golden clear pour. Flavor of dry easy pour. Easy grain, light flavor. A bit unsatisfactory. SphinxTX (2875) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - FEB 2, 2010
Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a clear gold with white fizzy head. Aroma of pine, toasted grain, bright citrus. Flavor is nice, pine, grapefruit, toasted grain and a nice bitter at the end. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, not bad at all. bhensonb (15616) - Woodland, California, USA - FEB 17, 2010
Pours light amber with a slight foamy white head. Mild aroma of ripe pale stone fruit. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is very slightly sour pale fruit? or citrus? over quite light caramel. Pretty light, but still flavorful. It’s sort of like a Imperial Kolsch - flavor wise. Finish is definitely bitter. dwyerpg (6368) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 22, 2010
Not much aroma. A bit yellowish in color. Flavor is okay. Has some hops, a light flavor. The finish is actually better than the start, which is a bit strained.
