Reid (2732) - Salem, Oregon, USA - MAY 16, 201622 oz bottle bought from a local convenience store.
$2.99
Hazy darker golden body with a lovely creamy and thick eggshell white head.
Aromas are of fruity, floral hops. papaya, mango, sweet cherry and flowers.
Taste is similar to the aroma..but less sweet, balanced by a chunky caramel malts and a drying alcohol presence , which helps the tsste this time and does not detract.
Nice medium mouth feel which gets sweet near the end but is not cloying.
Very nice IIPA from Pyramid of all people. Drinkable despite the high alc volume.

Bornyensis (321) - BELGIUM - OCT 5, 2015Redelijk zware IPA. Traag en rustig drinken is de boodschap. De zwaarste IPA ooit gedronken.
stevoj (6209) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 20, 2015Bottle from Safeway-Yakima. Starts off with a somewhat normal pour, murky amber and small airy head. Aroma also seem normal IPA, but fuller flavor flows, with gentle alcohol warmth. Hops kick in late, and linger long after the finish. Mild for an IIPA, but very accessible.
thorongil2 (3776) - , Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2015(tap) clear, bright amber colour with a small, beige head; aroma of citrus, then honey; rich, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish; smooth palate
douglas88 (9971) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 30, 2015Bomber. Pours a clear dark copper color with a small white head. A big sweet resiny citrus hop nose. Rich, oranges, resin, big bitterness, orange peel. The malty background is big making this more like a super hoppy barley wine. Very good.
BuckeyeBoy (9461) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUN 23, 201522oz bottle pours out a dark amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice caramel sweetness citrus and pine hops. Taste is more of the caramel sweetness citrus hops pine and a nice rich malt to help hold it together.
mcberko (20837) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 11, 201422 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small beige head. Aroma is super fruity, with loads of tropical fruits, oranges, resinous hops and big malt body. Flavour is immensely fruity and fresh, with loads of tropical fruits, resinous hops and caramel malt. Amazing depth to this, with loads of fruitiness and big malts that never cloy. Excellent beer from Pyramid.
BrewDad (5326) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUN 30, 2014Amber in color thin white head. Nice easy drinking IPA big hops pop and lots of fruit flavor and a dry finish.
JFParnell (73) - Washington, USA - JUN 21, 2014A very well balanced IPA that isn’t bitter or taste of grapefruit. Not quite as good as Ruin Ten or Omegatex, but definitely in my top 10.
