This is a good ’burger beer’. I skipped the lemon probably because that’s how Corona tries to disguise the fact that there is no flavor. That was almost the case here, but this was a refreshing, glossy-smooth drink that tasted good ice-cold.

Doesn’t resemble a Hefeweizen in the least. The style needs to be changed here pronto.

cloudy, honey colour, spicy (?) but quite unpleasant

GABF-on tap-pours a white head with yellow color. Taste is musty wheat, spicing.

"pretty much another average beer from Pyramid...the only positive that seperates it just a little is the heavier wheat taste than in many other heffes. I like to be able to taste the wheat."

Bottle 355ml @ fonefan
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and light clove, banana. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Light sour lemon and wheat aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with nice head. Slight sour lemon and wheat malt flavor. Boring and bland.

j12601 (11055) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2010
Bottle at the Shenandoah Throwdown. Pours a very hazy orange with a medium sized white head. Light and sweet. Sweet wheat and some nasty vegetal flavors. Had to dump the bulk of this. Way too messy.

hopscotch (11051) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - SEP 16, 2003
Murky, deep golden brew. “Blink and you miss it” head. The nose is of caramel, banana and clove. Yeasty, beefy and lightly fruity in flavor. Some honey in there too. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Lengthy, lightly sweet finish with hints of oak. An odd hefe, this one.

This is your average hefe. Light yellow body and a white head. Flavor is refreshing and clean. Smooth and pretty malty. Good on a hot day for sure...but there are better.
