12 oz bottle. Pours golden orange and is cloudy as a hefe should be. Thin head which disappears quickly. Also noticed a great deal of bubbles. Aroma was of malt and citrus. Flavor was nice, yet unremarkable. Typical wheat, citrus, yeast flavor of many hefes. Finish was thin, somewhat watery, and crisp.

Orange brew that poured flat. Smell was of honey. Taste was of a honey laden wheat with a heavy yeast aftertaste. Mouthfeel was reasonably full and lively with good carbonation. Overall this brew is average with perhaps a bit too much of a yeast follow-through.

A tinge of alcohol in the nose. Smooth start with a dirty, uncomplex front. Off tap, front is clean, nearly tasteless. Character not apparent until the relatively clean finish. Drinkable, but lacks the flavorful notes of an Edelweiss. Decent summer brew, but this is one of those beers that should really be had on tap. This rating is assuming a bottle tasting. A good 3.3 off tap.

Characteristic aroma of wheat and honey. It's deliciously aromatic for a hefeweizen with flowery hints. The appearance is a bit disappointing. I like a good head on my hef. It had barely a head, almost like the head on a sour! The look is wheaty and nice. The taste is less interesting than the aroma. However, it's still pretty decent. Just nothing surprising. Lovely wheaty, malty, honey like taste with a well balanced palate. A decent hefeweizen. More head and a bit more complexity would have certainly been enjoyed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had with lunch 12oz bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a healthy white head. The nose was light malt, fruity, sweet. The drink was light and sweet fruity orange, with a light hop bitter. overall, very fruity sweet. not a good pairing with beef taquitos.

This beer pours with a little head and a nappy orange yellow color. Slightly cloudy. Aroma is indistinct. Taste is very bland. Crisp and smooth but boring. Aftertaste is actually skunky and bad. not recommended at all.
