Serving: from (nitro) tap at Pyramid Alehouse.
Aroma: didn’t detect anything.
Appearance: small, creamy, white, initial head with excellent lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Hazy, flat, dark-yellow body.
Taste: lightly bitter initial flavor and lightly sweet, banana-like finish with short duration.
Palate: medium body, creamy texture and no carbonation.
Overall: excellent. Unique taste. Very smooth and enjoyable. Look forward to drinking this beer again.
Sample at the Seattle brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy amber-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing. Hoppy aroma with some biscuit malt in the background. Medium body with a moderately bitter earthy hops character with some malt and citrus notes. The finish is hoppy with an herbal aftertaste. Decent overall.

On nitro. Golden pour with a creamy nitro head. Aroma of moderate malt sweetness, a little fruity, a touch of earthy spice. Flavors of pale malt sweetness, a little sugar, fruity with a hint of earthy spice hops in the finish. SMooth nitro mouth feel.
