Bottle. Pours a very dark brown color with a moderate off white head on there. Nose is dry and roasty with a fair amount of grains coming through. Taste is very similar to the nose. Decent drink. monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 14, 2015
A nice irish stout, well balanced. Pours a nice light black with a white head. Smells of coffee, chocolate and cream. Taste has vanilla, cream, and a slight coffee finish. Almost a little smoky as well. Had on tap at the Brewery for SF Beer Week. mintzmeet (457) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 26, 2014
Again, delicious. Strong coffee flavors. Chocolate flavors as well. Strange lacing. pretty good and alcoholic. kaser (6360) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 2, 2013
What a stout. Creamy as hell. Chocolate bitter happiness. Vanilla notes. Thick. Had this on draft at Pyramid Brewery by Safeco field. Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 12, 2013
Nitro sample at the Seattle brewpub. Brownish-black pour with a creamy light beige head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Light, smooth body with flavors of mild coffee, malt and and slight hops. The finish is sweet with a short roast malt aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
