Belgian-Style Ale. A bustling malt bill, combined with pleasantly tart notes of strawberry, make this unfiltered blonde Saison a highly drinkable and well-balanced offering.

I can’t say I really love the strawberry, but the Saison aspects are delicious.

beerbaaron (2046) - Arizona, USA - AUG 15, 2014
Cloudy orange with persistent fair white head. Aroma features lots of Belgian yeast up front, followed by something strange which eventually reveals itself to be the strawberry, which is kind of like when you forget about the last few strawberries in the fridge. Flavor is pretty strong Belgian yeasty. From a casual drinking perspective this is ok, otherwise this is sort of a mess.

12 oz bottle- Pours hazy golden with a huge white head that reduces fairly quickly. Aroma is Belgian yeast, peppery, strawberry. Taste is strawberry, yeasty, grains, spicy. Nothing special but way better than i thought it would be.

Bottle:   Nice head and lacing, white, darker orange with a bit of a peach hue.   Has a plastic like strawberry aroma, some candle wax, and old red vines.   Similar flavor profile on the tongue, fake, plastic, with a waxy aftertaste.   Couldn’t finish this 12oz bottle...

12 oz bottle, thanks to my brother in law. Aroma is like strawberry wafers along with some clove, pepper. Taste is similar--lots of seemingly fake strawberry--ice cream, wafers, Starburst all come to mind; finishes with some bitterness. Pours hazy orange with a large off-white soapy head that laces. Mouthfeel is sudsy, thin. Interesting beer, and much better out of a glass. I had it straight out of the bottle last weekend and remember it being a sweet cloying mess. This isn’t as bad.

12oz bottle thanks to Matt. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a sand head. Nose is berries cream and grass. Taste is as the nose with the berries they fade out fast a the saison pops. A little spice and cream.

Hazy golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Aroma of strawberry and banana esters. Taste is strawberry, sweet, yeasty with a mild citrus bitterness in the finish
Decent, easy drinking. Not much of a saison though

12oz bottle pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head that leaves spotty lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, fresh cut grass, bubble gum, strawberry and pepper. Tastes of the same things in the smell. Hardly noticed the strawberry. Mouthfeel is slightly watery but chewy with a decent carbonation and a dry finish. Kind of liked it at first but the more I drank I was kind of disappointed. They should have used more strawberry. Decent for a saison though.

BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - MAR 31, 2014
Light golden hazy in color with a thin head. Easy drinking Saison this was with a very manufactured fruit flavor. This was good but just a easy drinking beer rather than a complex Saison with added fruit

Bottle. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and light spice aroma with light fruitiness. yeast and light strawberry flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. yeast and light spice lingers with light fruitiness and light grain.

Bookseeb (137) - Wenatchee, Washington, USA - MAR 28, 2014
Appearance is a cloudy orange amber supporting a healthy head that lingers leaving nill lace. Smell of Belgian style yeast with a light strawberry aroma. Taste again of the Belgian style spice in the yeast and having that light strawberry flavor leaving a little hoppy bitter in the end. Mouthfeel is medium light with good carbonation for the style.
