A slightly hazy golden beer with a thin disappearing white head. The aroma is lovely sweet with notes of caramel, grass, and hops. The flavor is dry hoppy with a hint of grass, combined with notes of caramel and hints of alfa acid. Nice one, thanks Papsoe for sharing. anders37 (26657) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 18, 2008

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear, orangey golden with a white head. Fresh, hoppy nose with lots of citrus - grapefruit in particular. Rather full-bodied with sweet caramel malt and fat, oily accents of great aroma hops. A very classic, American IPA. 170406 fiulijn (20516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 21, 2006
Copper color. Nice sweet resiny hop aroma. The flavor is simpler, with just a simple maltyness and a strong bitterness, partially aromatic. Enjoyable for the hops, but on the simple side. Theydon_Bois (19571) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 26, 2012
Tap at the Seattle Taproom (Sea-Tac Airport) - 09/11/12.
Very lightly hazed mid amber with a thin off white head, lively carbonation evident (Great - Not!).
Nose is light caramel malt, touch of citrus, a little hoppage, a pretty muted nose all told.
Taste is caramel malt, some hop bitterness, a little candied sugar, citrus notes, light floral tones.
Medium bodied with prickly carbonation (badly done IPA!) leading to a bitter finish.
Below par stuff - not recommended. harrisoni (18584) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2006
Bottle on Amtrak Cascades train, Vancouver to Seattle. Hazy copper, thin off white head. Pleasing resiny hop aroma, grapefruit. Moderate malts, more of an APA in my opinion. Some fullness in mouth. Fine, some toffeeish malt. Hoppy sticky finish. mcberko (17900) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 18, 2010
22 oz. bottle, pours clear (for an IPA) golden with a small white head. Aroma of subtle hops, grass and citrus. Solid hops flavour with a grass backbone. Decent IPA - certainly nothing special.
