Pretty hazy orange brown. plenty of yeasty globules. Smells of belgian yeast, apricots and pepper. Tastes pretty strongly like nutmeg. Briney and orangey as well. It’s good enough to get the rest of the wheat sampler in order to try it. cmonster (1000) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Bottle. Pours slightly hazy light orange. Short head and little retention. Subtle aromas of spices and orange peel matched on the palate. Light tart bitter flavor. Light body and texture, soft carbonation, and a crisp finish. dwyerpg (6497) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - SEP 8, 2012
This definitely has a bit of spice to the aroma and is there in th body swell. The flavor is a tad on the wheaty side for me, actually much too much for me. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - SEP 2, 2012
12 oz. bottle, EDT 7/21/12- Pours very hazy with a small head that immediately reduces to a collar. The aroma is wheat, orange and some spice. The taste is a straight up wit, it tastes a lot like Blue Moon actually, and that’s not a bad thing. Body is medium light, carbonation is medium. Simple summer brew.

12 oz bottle from the Wheat Beer Variety Pack. Expired on July 21, hopefull it’s still good. Pours cloudy yellow with a quickly disappearing white head; leaves a thin collar of foam. Aroma is wheaty, orange peel, barnyard--all a little too faint. Taste is wheaty, dry, grainy, thirst-quenching, simple. A nice clove flavor comes out as it warms. Highly carbonated with a medium body. Inoffessive and simple little chugger they made here. Great when mixed with blackberry wine! (Oregon’s Nehalem Bay Winery to be exact). mjg74 (3204) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 17, 2012
Bottle from BevMo. Lighly spiced wheat nose. Lightly flavored. Fairly watery. Just a hint of wheat and spices. Pretty boring. beerguy101 (5364) - Newark, California, USA - JUL 22, 2012
WItbeer soaked in oak chips for the Firkin Fest.
Tasted from the firkin at the Triple Rock Firkin Fest on April 7, 2012. This wit beer pours a very hazy yellow gold color from the firkin. Small to no head. The aroma is cereal, fruity and sweet with a touch of oak. A medium bodied wit. The malts are fruity and sweet, bright and yeasty. The hops are earthy and herbal. Soft and round carbonation. Touch of orange juice and some wood. Very smooth tasting. Nice session ale and an interesting take on a traditionally non-barrel aged style. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Appearance was cloudy pale gold with diminishing creamy white 1/2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are wheat, orange, coriainder, and lemon and grapfruit yeasts. Taste where wheat upfront then lemony and orange shinning through with slight spices mixed in. Palate was crisp light CO2 with light-meduim body. The wheaty also most flat bubbles ruined the citrusy finish for me. More flavor and CO2 could fixed this Wit... bb (9790) - Alamo, California, USA - JUN 29, 2012
