ianwelby (1531) - SCOTLAND - MAY 16, 2015
Clear, reddish-brown beer with a thin head and a nice, fruity smell. As well as the fruit, I think it’s apples I can pick out, there’s a nice malty hit there too. Backtaste is a touch earthier, maybe even a bit of chocolate in there either. Leaves an airy, slightly spicy aftertaste. Really good.

StueyD (1586) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - APR 24, 2015
A dark reddish brown coloured beer with a frothy but weak off white head. A fruity malt aroma, red fruits, hints of molasses, chocolate and spices, then a tropical fruit aroma. Dry mouthfeel. The taste follows on from the aroma, malt led, with molasses, chocolate and spice, then a zesty tropical and citrus fruit flavour comes through making the finish quite refreshing for a dunkles.

Bottle. Brownish black beer with a strong head. The aroma is yeasty with mild roastedness, and the flavour is malty and roasted with bubblegum yeastiness. Overall a nice dunkel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
