Appearance: Cloudy, deep amber-orange tinted brown color with a huge, fluffy light beige head on the top.

Aroma: Fine dired banana, and vanilla sweetness with a distinct coca powder tones.
Flavor: Faint toasted malty dryness complemented with a mellow caramelized banana sprinkled with some fine cocoa-powder at the finish. Faint to none spicy or hoppy hint.
Mouthfeel/Palate: Medium body with a pleasantly soft carbonation and a mouthfilling yeasty enviroment.
Overall: Tasty, fruit-oriented flavor profile with a nice cocoa sweetness. My kind of dunkel-wheat!

Poured a lovely huge thick darker beige head that went away relatively slowly on top of a murky orange-red-brown body. Lactic, yoghurty yeasty nose, nice sweet maltiness, some bubblegum. Creamy taste, yoghurty and lactic, covering some subdued notes of bananas, slightly spicy and very lightly sourish. Very tasty, possibly the tastiest dunkelweizen I’ve had so far!
Clear, reddish-brown beer with a thin head and a nice, fruity smell. As well as the fruit, I think it’s apples I can pick out, there’s a nice malty hit there too. Backtaste is a touch earthier, maybe even a bit of chocolate in there either. Leaves an airy, slightly spicy aftertaste. Really good. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - DEC 13, 2009
Bottled. Hazy ambery brown colour with mediumsized fluffy/creamy off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is banana, wheat, mild yeast as well as some caramelly, sugary and slightly roasted notes. Flavour is rather sweet bananaish and wheaty along with some hints of toffee and sugar. Rather sweet Dunkelweizen, but still quite good in balance.

Hazy dark brown pour with a nice whipped creamy, beige coloured head that remains at last finger thick on the top.
Smell of fermented bananas.
Sharp start followed by a chocolatel/butterscotch and citrus-fruity ruled aroma escorted by light cloves, mouthfeel’s slick/creamy.
It finishes dry and refreshing with citrusses, spices and chocolate, which leaves a medium to long, sweet-tart aftertaste behind.

Pours murky orange-brown color with a medium thick off-white head. Aroma of sweet fruits, caramel, herbal notes, some toffee notes, yeast and wheat. Flavor of sweet fruits, wheat, yeast, mild spice notes, caramel and toffee. A bit stuffy but quite tasty.

Appearance - dark brown and cloudy.
Nose - earthy, light banana and spice.
Taste - definitely a touch of banana and light sweet spice. Some cream lurking.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly balanced finish.
Overall - solid but not in the higher echelons of weizen.
