On tap at hutt’n in Nuremberg, a clear improvement on the bottled version. A very characterful landbier with a vibrant and grassy aroma, biscuity malt combining with passionfruit and kiwi in a way suggesting upside-down cake but with zesty hops preventing it from getting cloying. Very high on the drinkability scale nybol (2247) - DENMARK - JUL 15, 2017
En hell helt over i bock-klassen, har smag af korn som mange tyske øl har... JohnRMurdoch (4914) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - DEC 12, 2011
Bottle @ Clockwork Beer Co. Pale golden yellow colour, good head. Mild light grassy aroma. Light refreshing bready perfumey flavour. Smooth & creamy. Not bad. rauchbier (3899) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - APR 17, 2004
Bottled, from Fabeers, York. Gold thin but lasting white head and moderate condition. Delicate sweet malt with initial grapefruity citrus hop notes in the nose. Full bodied in the mouth with an excellent sweet graininess and good balancing peppery hop flavour. big chewy malt in the finish with some slight bitterness. Seems stronger than stated.

Light sweet flavor with minimal bitterness, cereal, biscuits, light doughy sugars. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Simple cereal finish, pale bread. Basic but classic in style.
