Schwarz wie die Nacht – das muss man einfach probieren: Feiner Hopfen und die milde Würze von Röstmalz geben diesem Bier seinen runden und aromatischen Geschmack.

ozzatoadisback (208) - ITALY - APR 25, 2016
Almost black, light grey head is dense and quite persistent. Aroma is a bit weak: roasted malts, dark bread and maybe some slight hints of dark fruits. Flavour is more intense and nicely clean: roasted malts, dark bread, hints of dark fruits, a light coffee finish with a bit of lingering bitterness. Very nice balance throughout. Light to medium body, soft on both tongue and palate. Kind of a light bock, clean and enjoyable

motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 7, 2015
bottle from landbierparadies. almost black, thin and clear with a modest head; decent aroma of cocoa powder and freshly-baked rye bread; hints of burnt hay, modest bitterness; better than average schwarzbier

3.3
olsvammel (7289) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JUL 18, 2015
Bottle from a bottle shop in Bamberg (think Fristo Getränkemarkt). Distinct smell of honey. I dont’t get allot of dark malts. Nice smooth mouthfeel. The taste is malty but not dark malty as you would expect. More honey and flowers with a very light roasted finish. I would have loved some dark chocolate at least. But still a very drinkable beer.

0,5 Flasche aus einem lokalen Getränkemarkt. Schwarz wie die Nacht, guter Schaum. Riecht malzig, eventuell ganz leicht nach Alkohol. Im ersten Geschmack malzig-schokoladig-bitter. Im Abgang bleibt es ebenfalls so. Kann man trinken
