12 ounce bottle from the brewery. Pours a dark reddish amber color with a large head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma is apricot with some caramel malts and faint hops. 12oz bottle-pours a tan head but the bottle gushed oupon opening, color is brown with orange tint. Aroma is light/medium malt-some caramel, fruit-OK, apricot. Taste is light/medium malt-some caramel, fruit-OK, apricot, secondary spice hops. Thanks decaturstevo for picking this out.

decaturstevo’s 2008 Zapit Tasing Tasting. Sample from a bottle thanks to decaturstevo. Clear orange-copper color with a thin off white head and whispy lacing, strong apricot fruitiness, overripe skins. Taste is apricots up front then a dry bitterness in the finish.
