2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Herbal spice malt aroma. Murky arrange brown colour good head and lacing. Malt citrus hop herbal flavour. Smooth palate.
Bottle. Pours hazy light Amber with a solid white head that persists. High carbonation. Aroma mostly sour citrus. Flavour bitter orange with some grainy pale malt. Taste fairly bitter with slight sweetness. Palate is quite oily with a creamy mouthfeel. Bitterness lingers mostly on the fore palate. Overall not bad but a bit lacking in hop character. northropfrye (3731) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 15, 2017
Orange body white head. Fruity tropical fruit. Mandarin Oranges. Not very bitter. Subtle. Okay. Tezminator (304) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 20, 2016
Bottle from the local 1st Choice. Nice and fairly complex English style IPA. Lots of malt. Not quite as big a citrus punch as I expected (based on the label). But not bad at all. Dervock (1506) - AUSTRALIA - FEB 20, 2016
Bottle - pours dark orange with small white head. Aroma is oranges, bit of resin and peach. Taste is remarkably smooth was expecting a big resin bite but got a balanced taste witha dry fruity finish. Palate is full and creamy. TedE (1535) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 9, 2016
330ml bottle into shaker. Subtle aroma, malty, mango, herbs. Cloudy bronze/orange beer with white head. A random bubble appears occasionally. Oily texture, full bodied. Flat with a touch of bitterness. The finish is grapefruit, herbs and mango. Excellent.

Bottle. Amber with an inch of off white head that lasts well. Aroma of mandarins, pine, crusty bread, lychees. Creamy texture, moderate carbonation. Sweet with bread, a little caramel, tropical fruit, mandarins, a little pine. Moderate bitterness could bite a little more for me and would were the finish a little drier. Not all that hop driven, but a pleasant and fairly complex beer. Maris (1611) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - DEC 12, 2014
From a 330ml bottle on 12/12/2014. Pours a cloudy very dark golden with a small head. Has a light sweet fruity aroma. Flavour wise, there’s a fair bit of toasty malt and lots more sweet fruit (hints of citrus, stone and tropical), with a bit of a tang noticeable. There’s a moderate hop bitterness at the back but it doesn’t really present as an IPA to me. It’s more a curious cross between and amber and pale ale. If you can forget that it erroneously self identifies itself an IPA, it’s actually not to bad. Rosslew (320) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 28, 2014
Acidity on the nose, biscuit too. Some floral notes. Fairly malty, got hop kick. But just so. Not as good as brewer's others. 330ml. 5.5%. 1.4std dr.

From a bottle. Pours a deep amber with a small lasting head, malty aroma, sharp hop bitterness upfront, fruity finish. Not bad ShaneJ (903) - AUSTRALIA - SEP 1, 2014
Bottle from Beer Cartel (Feb 2014). Cloudy orange/amber, quite musty aroma, taste a bit of cardboard, some sweet caramel, restrained bitterness, very little hop aroma. Quite a let down.
