Bottled. Dark brown, minimal beige head. Dominated by crystalized sugar. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. No finer nuances, but there are notes of coffee and caramel. Very low bitterness. Tolerable. TBone (18221) - Pori, FINLAND - FEB 27, 2014

Dark copper-chestnut brown color, good cloudy off-white head. Light nose has hints of alcohol, rye and candy. Medium-bodied. Front is quite empty with some alcohol, but in the finish lots of toffee in the flavor, also some sweet licorice. Quite unclean impression.
Can. Clear, copper with beige head. Malt, caramel, sweetness and a tad spice aroma. The flavor has a malty sweetness and some hops. Medium body and a sweet and malty finish. A decent bock, but a bit anonymous. (070427) imdownthepub (15326) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2008
Bottled, pasteurised, 330ml from Westholme Stores, Goring. Brown with short cream head. Pretty sweet beer, quite syrupy and fruity, presumably plenty of spare sugars to get the alcohol. Thin and carbonated with some adjuncty notes. Not good.

Dark brown ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. Light caramel malt aroma, light hops, a bit artificial. In mouth, a nutty malt with light hops, light bodied, some lingering metallic notes. Some chocolate appears as it warms up. Not as bad as cristal. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JAN 5, 2009

Big bottle (there are so many big bottles in Argentina!). Dark amber colour. Aroma of caramel, toasted malts, some hoppiness. Bit sweet flavour of caramel and toasted malts, some alcohol, with a sweet bit bitter finish. An ok brew. solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 10, 2011
Smells a little bad, taste is a bit fuller than Quilmes cristal and I guess that’s why I remember it being alright, but fresh off decent beer it doesn’t have much going for it. Slight hint of bitter, that’s it.
