COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English:Brewed with an American inspiration and hence brewed using the American hops Cascade and Centennial which give the beer a spicy and citrusy note. The cascade hops contributes a hint of elder flower. The bitterness is balanced by quite some residual sweetness, which makes the beer full-bodied and fruity. The beer is suited for heavy and fat dishes where the hops and carbonation gives a nice balance, but it is also well suited for grilled meats and sandwiches.

50cl bottle, dark amber., quite clear with average whitehead. Hoppy aroma but not too intense, some citrus and pine. flavour notes of caramel as the profile is rather malty. medium to low bitterness.

Many thanks to Camons!

Bottle. Almost clear amber body, medium frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, honey, flowers. Taste is moderately bitter, dry. Grains, floral tones, herbs, honey, resiny. Medium body, high carbonation.
Not bad, but not my style.

A bottle, dec 2017. Hazy golden color. Aroma is fruity, sourish. Taste very sour and alcohol coming through. Like the beer is too old. Not good.

Trevlig humlig doft men smaken når inte fram ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.5 l bottle. Amber. Malt profile is just a little sweet. Notes of caramel . Soft. Medium bitterness. Hop is only a little aromatic. It doesn’t overwhelm you at all. Citrus and pine is the main notes. Maybe a little pepper. A decent beer but not my among my favorite IPAs.
