Bottle. A hazy amber colour with a medium high, beige head. An aroma of malt, grapefruit, lemon, caramel and grass. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long, light bitter duration. Ungstrup (38860) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2007
Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very hoppy and grassy, but also with notes of grapefruit and othter citrus fruits. The flavor is very fruity, but also quite spicy, and very hoppy, the hops giving it a herbal note as well as grapefruit and grass. The end is very dry and rather bitter. Fine golden with off white bubbly head. Cascade hop aroma, flowers & spring. Soft mouthfeel. Little watery with a medium carbonation. Good lacings and I like the cascade feel a lot - funky fresh. Easy malty caramel balance. Lasting bitter finish! Grovlam (4257) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 25, 2007
Bottle. [Thanks to Sk8viking for sharing this one] Small frothy head that mostly diminished. Fair lacing. Clear amber color. Aroma was American hops, with hints of pine, grape, elder flower, citrus, some licorice and caramel sweetness in there as well. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet with god balancing bitter flavor. Nice dry and slightly bitter finish. Quit nice! MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2007
UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 Bottle, 5.5%. Hoppy aroma, sweet with notes of soft fruits. Hazy copper colour, some floaties, big and chunky at the bottom. Big, stable tan head. The flavour is much the same as aroma, fruity hoppiness with low bitterness and a little tea/coriander notes, probably from the hops. Thin mouthfeel. Subtle, but nice. A refreshing and good Spring beer. 7 3 8 3 16

Bottle, 5.0%. Flowery and piney hop aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is like the aroma, flowery, grassy, not so piney. A bit watery, though. 7 3 6 3 14

) Slightly hazy amber with a small and soapy, but quite lasting head. Lemony, aromatic-hoppy nose with some honey maltiness. Crisply hoppy, even slightly harsh, lemony flavor with some malt in the background. Light to medium-bodied, not watery, medium-carbonated palate. Slightly harsh, but crisp and refreshing.
Slight hazy copper coloured with a fair eggwhite head. Aroma is fresh and floral, maybe like lemons. Taste is crispy, hoppy and bitter. A nice fresh beer to enjoy in the garden, on a hot summer day :)
