UPDATED: AUG 27, 2008 Bottle... Clear amber ale with orange highlights and a small, frothy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma is all about resin and rich caramel. Full-bodied with an ultra-creamy mouthfeel and reserved carbonation. Leans on the sweet side of balance, but not by much. A bounty of earthy hops stand firm on a juggernaut of caramel malt. Alcohol and hop bitterness barely keep the sweet malt in check. The finish is lengthy, sweet, modestly bitter and then dry. Thanks to pepsican for floating this bottle in my direction! yespr (48931) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2008
50 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep orange to amber with a lacing tan head. Aroma is dense hoppy of fresh hops with a lurking sweetness beneath. Flavour is sharp bitterness/acidic from the hops with a rather thin caramel malt body to counter balance this. A bit too overhopped for my liking but still a fine brew. Lingering dry and bitter flavour of loads of american aroma hops flavours. Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - AUG 11, 2008
Unclear amber of color with a orange/beige head. An aroma with hops, grapefruits, sweets, malt and pines. A flavor with malt, hops, bisquit, grapefruits and sweet.

Deep orange-amber in colour, thin but lasting beige coloured head, excellent lacing. The aroma is very hoppy, grapefruit and orange citrus, quite sweet with lots of tropical fruit. The flavour is very rich and chewy, caramel sweetness, some toffee, lots of fruit, very juicy. Moderately bitter mouthfeel, large body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes very long, very hoppy and quite sweet.NosirIwont (2645) - Husum, DENMARK - JUN 20, 2008
This was quite fun to drink. It was very well made, so big, rich and chewy. Fantastic. I’m really liking the "softness" of the European IIPA’s.
600ml bottle obtained in a trade with MPA, thanks Mads Peter.

Batch #68, Best before August 31, 2008.
Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber/brown with a small, creamy beige head. Sweet candy hop aroma with citrus and faint spice notes and a creamy touch to top it off. This is really great. Flavour is sweetish with hops, malt, and fruity and slightly spicy notes. Faint metallic notes as well. Finish is a mix of fruity and bitter liquorice notes and lingering bitter and apple notes. Creamy palate. A really nice beer. 21-06-08. JB175 (1665) - Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 14, 2008
Bottle from pepsican - thanks! This one has a pretty darker amber color with an aroma of sweet and earthy hops. Flavor is sweet, citrusy, herbal/earthy, and pretty smooth. Shows very little of its 10% ABV. Not bad at all, a bit different than most U.S. DIPAs. Lacks the "wow" quality to set it apart. DietPepsican (1589) - @ $13.99, Iowa, USA - JUN 8, 2008
