Ikke en amerikansk IPA, men god humle og smag af let karamel og de fine blomsternoter fra humlen. en IPA for fof begyndere. Zita (6326) - Assentoft, DENMARK - JAN 30, 2013

Courtesy of Lars. (BBE: 2011). Yellow coloured and a bit hazy. Has a white head, lasting. Hoppy aroma with some old notes, herbs too, but still ok. Good flavor, starts moderate sweet and finish heavy bitter, harmonic. Dry texture and soft carbonation. chriso (7583) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2011
Bottled, at Copenhagen Oldage on 20 May 2006 (noted at 7.1%). Very pale gold / straw colour. Plenty of bitterness in a rather earthy UK style. Has something of a hop tea / juice feel to it, which I suppose is to be excepted if you hop heavily with a variety like First Gold which is not as aromatic and floral as some of the other usual suspects for single hop IPAs. Strong bitterness, tending towards harsh.

Excellent hopped - great bitterness and a classic hoppy aroma. Not so sweet but with some malt notes

Hazy golden color; fine perlage. Elegant hoppy aroma, the English hop doesn’t lie, with good malt sweetness and some vanilla. The malt profile just supports a powerful bitterness, that starts balanced and ends overwhelming; it’s a dry bitterness, with lots of hop oils (as different to resins for me); light smokeyness; a bit fruity; the final reminds the Italian herbal digestives, but without the syrupy sweetness. A palate killer. Very well brewed. Excellent. pivnizub (10730) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 4, 2007
Bottle: Straw golden, huge fluffy white head; resinous, citrousy, hoppy nose with big touch of Pilsner-like sweet-malt in the background; strong bitter flavour, almost oily MF; lingering citrousy, strong bitter-aromatic finish. Very aromatic brew, almost refreshing, with very well hidden alcohol....... Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - FEB 18, 2007
Golden IPA with a very beautiful head and a nice fruity, citrussy aroma. The flavour is spicy, crisp and fruity, mostly citrus, and it has a nice bitterness and a touch of caramel. I like this one, and IMO it’s well balanced and nice. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 4, 2007
Hazy golden appearance with a small white head. Very dry and crisp hop aroma grapefruit and orange-peels with touches of fresh cut grass. Sweet undertones of nectarines. Hoppy and dry flavour of grapefruit, grass and lemon-peels. I just missing some malt in here. Crisp, refreshing and not overly bitter finish of wet grass and lemon-peels. Quite good, I could drink a few of these but I want more body. rane (1072) - Nibe, DENMARK - SEP 21, 2006
The first beer I have tasted from Raasted, but it seems to have an allright quality.
Colour unclear golden with big and lasting white head. Aroma with notes of citrus and hops.
Taste very hoppy and bitter maybe not so long lasting. not as well balanced as some of the best IPAs.
