Flaske 33 cl. Mørk diset rav hælde med et flot rubinrød skær ved gennemlysning. Medium beige hoved. Aroma og smag af malt, brun farin, juleagtig krydderier. Alt for sød til min smag, nærmest som slik. Rund afslutning uden humle skarphed. bergstaden (3197) - Røros, NORWAY - JAN 2, 2011

24-DEC-2010, bottle from "Magasin".
Dark brown with red’ish hue. Almost mahogany with almost no head - really beatifull.
Malty fruity nose with some alcohol.
Sweet with long sweet fruity taste ending with a bitter twist.
I did not notice the 8,5%, but I am not surprised. The alcohol is very present.
Lovely malty almost barley wine like X-mas brew.
One of the better X-mas brews around. BelgBeerGeek (1307) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - DEC 20, 2010
