CBF07 sample from tap. Pours orange with little head. Aroma is very strong hoppy. Flavour is sweet, almost raisin like. Very aromatic from the hops but well balanced off with the sweetness from the malts. Finish is soft sweet malty and bitter. Ungstrup (37580) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2005
UPDATED: NOV 8, 2005 [At Fynske Øldage 2005] An unclear orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of oranges as well as hints of coriander. The flavor is very sweet with nice fruity notes - again oranges stand out, but the coriander are a bit faint. joergen (28108) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2005
Draft at Fynske Øldage 2005.
Hazy yellow coloured with a small white head.
Light acidic aroma with notes of spices and citrus.
Flavour of citrus and spices.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, nice natural white head. Sweet fruits and yeast in aroma, along with alcohol. Flavour is quite the same, but the fruit can be specified as banana. Some alcoholic warmness also in the finish of the flavour. Pleasant and wellbalanced brew.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Cloudy mustard yellow. Sweet pineapple aroma. Sweet and soft, medium bodied. Sugary with some light almondy notes and some pinepple. In the end sugar gets the upper hand. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 11, 2005
(On tap) Unclear orangey golden with a creamy, yellowish head. Perfumy, sweetish aroma of coriander. Soft and sugary with very fruity notes. Almost no bitterness. Too sweet for me. 281005 Rasmus40 (20643) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2011
Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, yeasty and somewhat spicy - coriander and orange peel. Flavor is rather sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Good, but a bit on the sweet side. 121008 fiulijn (20493) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 18, 2006

It seems a reasonable (Belgian, Strong) Ale, with a medium-strong body, but both aroma and flavor show a light infection.
2008-03-15, draught at Lord Nelson, 8% ABV, 7-3-7-3-15=35
Cloudy deep blond color. Sweet Ale, strong enough, with a positive yeast job, a bit fruity. Good.
2006-12-09, bottle, 8.5% ABV, 7-4-7-3-15=36
Hazy amber color; thin head. The aroma has some fruitness as well. The taste is sweet, with some malt; full body; light fruitness (from the yeast); the bitterness is not too much. More an English Ale than a Belgian Tripel. Pleasant, because of the sweetness, but a bit homebrewed.
Bottle. An unclear dark yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of oranges as well as hints of coriander. The flavor is very sweet with nice fruity notes. Lots of sediments left in bottle.
