500ml bottle poured into a Bruery tulip glass. Pours a hazy golden color with a nice billowy head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma and taste is sweet. Candied sugar, honey and fruit. No alcohol burn which is suprising considering that this is over 8% abv. Overall an interesting beer.
On tap @ Rabbits Foot. Clear golden pour with a white head. Papery and solventy nose. A whole lot of green apple, too. Some bread, seltzer, and water. Astringent honey and a waxy finish. Acidic and pulpy. No thanks. onceblind (9419) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Clear bright copper like a new penny with a fizzy head. Sweet honey and cereal malt aroma with a little fruity candy sugar. Wonderful mead-like flavour with effervescent honey and honey malt tones, a little belgian biscuitiness, bright candy sugar, and pear-apple kinda flavours, and a little caramel nuttiness. Bright and complex. Meilby (11366) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 8, 2013

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, honey, floral and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a warm, boozy and floral finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
On tap at the brewery. It’s a hazy, orange-golden beer topped by a finger-thick white head. The aroma is sweetish and honey-ish, with caramel and some alcohol. Rather fruity and peachy. Warming on the palate, medium to full body. Sweet and fruity flavor with some honey and peaches. Caramel hints. Lasting finish. A beer that shows off too much of it’s ABV, else quite nice. 130808 r464 (2360) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 28, 2013
Sweet honey, but with a crispness and a dry finish. Hints of floral hops, yeast. and earthiness. Different.

Sampled at the meadery in Sunnyvale. Full of flavour, golden coloured, hint of honey and just a little fizz. bytemesis (8236) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 3, 2013
Tap. Pours hazy light amber with a large beige head, creamy with good lacing. Aroma is candi sugar and honey dominated. Flavor is the same, quite sweet, too sweet, with a bit of citric bitterness. Medium body. Landmonger (155) - USA - AUG 2, 2012
Sad to say the label was what I liked most, poured from bottle into a trappist glass, no head to speak of aroma is almost non existant but the sweetness is there, taste is overpoweringly sweet minimal carbonation, not my style but I am sure this would appeal to many who like sweetness... Fascinating flavored belgian beer. This is a must try. Solid sweet wheat without any syrupy-ness. There is a sweet yeasty start that opens for a honey-cran/grape tone. Grape jelly aroma. Really smooth finish. Delicious.
