Baserat på öltypen Steam. Jäser med lagerjäst vid en högre temperatur vilket ger ölet lätt fruktiga toner. Bra balans mellan malt och humle.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy deep golden body with a small white head. Nose is red fruits, cereals, grains, pale malts and hints of pine and straw. Taste is cereals, red fruits, grains and hints of pale malts, pine and wet grass. Light body, medium to high carbonation. Not bad, but far from fantastic either (which I find often to be the case with this style).

The beer is slightly hazy and goes into a dark amber color. The foam is white with medium bubbles. The foam disappears at a leisurely pace, leaving little trace. Scents of fruits meet directly. Then comes a little malt, caramel. Some roasted notes, a little dull over the law of the fragrance. The flavors are much brighter than the aroma. Here you will find little hops, roasted malt. A little citrus, and the background a little apple. A little small sweet and crunchy. Good taste, albeit a little lower than expected. Medium body. Moderate carbonated. A little sweet, a little small, dry and medium bitterness.

Skummar mycket. Riktigt bra bastuöl. Mycket lättdrucken. Kanske inte helt prisvärd, dock.

Bottle sample at a tasting at our place. Thanks tomer. Clear gold, white head. Sweet molasses and some sunflower seeds in the nose, bitter and malty in the mouth. Light body, classic hoppy finish.

At a tasting, thanks Rlgk, small stable bubbly head, light hazy rusty orange color, sour bread and cake aroma, flavor of bread and hay with hints of very light caramel, nuts and maybe a whiff of smoke, quite strong sourness, light bitterness. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks tomer. Hazy deep golden. Aroma of grains, malt, stale hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of graininess, fruity note, and a bitterish stale hops finish. Medium-bodied.
