Aroma of slightly vegetal yeast, a bit of bread and noble hops. Sweetish flavor with a bit of bread and yeast and a pleasant bitter, hoppy, somewhat grassy finish. Light-medium-bodied. Recht hopfiger Antrunk, angenehm, sehr aromatsich. Hefig bleibend, leicht grasig. Aromatisch hopfig und vollmundig, zum Ende hin mit leichter aber ausreichender Bitternote. Gut!

On tap at the brewpub: Grassy, lightly citric and flowery (rose) hop aroma with evident pilsner malt sweetness. Hemp-like hop taste, with a slight fruitiness and a lingering bitterness. Soft carbonation. A dry and bitter hoppy, true-to-style north german Pilsener.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, straw, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (060908)
At home from fresh bottle/best before a few days from the brewpub. It’s a slightly hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of newly harvested grain, butterscotch, malt and flower.
