On tap at the brewpub: Dark red colour with a fluffy, off-white head. Rather weak, minerally aroma, flowery hops and toasted malts. Minerally, caramelly flavour, with toffee and tobacco-like hops mingling in a pretty short finish. Neither sweet nor bitter, just light and a tad watery. OK. fonefan (50669) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 21, 2008

At home from fresh bottle/best before a few days from the brewpub. The color is red-brown and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of toffee and a little butter. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of caramel, toffee, light butter and a slightly dry citrus. It’s smooth and mellow.
