Tap at brewpub. Pours amber with an off white head. Light caramel, toast aroma. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. Full mouthfeel. Light caramel, red berries - hint of strawberry, lightly jammy, lemon, light grapefruit, a little cherry. It's tasty.

Sampler at the Tavern The amber ale poured a reddish amber with medium frothy head. There was some lacing. This is a nice looking ale. The aroma had both caramel malts and hops. The flavor was of light citrus with bitterness. The mediium body ale had average carbonation. The finish was clean. This is solid drinkable ale.

10/8/12. On tap at the brewpub. Clear red pour with a small khaki head. Light chocolate, caramel, and more maltiness in both the flavor and aroma. Clean enough, not terrible.

Red-orange, beige cover. Sweet, light hoppy, metal, harsh aroma. Taste is some apple, buttery caramel. Ibrew2or3 (8660) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - SEP 1, 2009
On tap at the Ragtime brewpub. Pours deep copper to brown with white head. The aroma has notes of crystal malts, roasted malts and a faint caramel sensation. The taste is modestly roasty with maybe crystal malts mixing with a dash of highly roasted maltiness. By midway a thin layer of vague hoppiness helps take this to the finish. sebletitje (10095) - Enghien, BELGIUM - AUG 16, 2009
