12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trace with BMan1113VR. Pours a hazy gold with a thin linen white head that lingered through the first two sips before disappearing and left no lace. Aroma of banana, lemon, perhaps even a bit of wheat, this is a mai bock? The flavor is a little more on par with what I think of in a spring bock with some mild malt, but there is also lemon and just a bit of banana also present. Light bitterness at the finish. Easy to drink with the alcohol well hidden. Not a bad beer, but definitely off-style. angrypirate06 (1388) - Texas, USA - DEC 12, 2009
Bottle. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is corn, grain, sweet. Flavor is copper, corn, grain. Decently carbonated. Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - SEP 13, 2009
Light orange pour, thin head hat goes away quickly, light citrus in the aroma, crisp. gringo332 (644) - Richardson, Texas, USA - JUL 31, 2009
Clear golden with medium off white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, malt and fruity notes. Ends sweet. Ungstrup (38238) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2009
Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with powerful notes of malt and medium notes of alcohol. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and metal. Way too simple. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Gold, with a strong white head. The aroma is malts with a bit of grassy hops. Sweet, lemony, some yeasty flavors. Good, but uninspired. blutt59 (6576) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 25, 2009
botle, golden orange color with good soapy foam, aroma of sour malts, flavor is bitter metallic, hops and lemons aenimopiate (176) - The United States of Texas, Texas, USA - APR 10, 2009
I did indeed notice the yeasty "breadiness" as is described by previous raters. It’s actually a fairly decent beer for what it is, and it has a catchy name :-D. I like the Blonde better, but this one is worth trying if happen to be down our way(Fort Worth). unclemattie (4357) - Georgia, USA - FEB 17, 2009
12oz twist-off bottle. Hazy orange, off-white foamy head. Light aroma of straw. Sour, citric flavor. Some breadiness, very dry. May have been an old bottle. Over bottle-fermented perhaps. Cavie (4769) - Arlington, Texas, USA - FEB 4, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 9, 2010 Cloudy orange pour. Has a hint of a kick but remains a very tasty brew. This is an old rating and I don’t recall other details.4.0
RE-RATE 3/9/2010 Tap at Gman. Clear orange color with a white head. Wet grains on the nose with malts. Taste is slightly sweet, a fair amount of bitter notes and collapsed roof. Lightly bitter on the finish.
