Draft at Ft Worth FS. This is the Visionary #2 Black IPA. Really well made black IPA with s strong malt backbone. Good bitterness with some syrupy sweetness at times. TChrome (1480) - North Richland Hills, Texas, USA - JAN 10, 2013
It’s a shame this beer only has one rating. Rahr is brewing up some pretty tasty beers over in Fort Worth these days and this might be one of their best. Beer pours almost black with a big, totally retained off white head. Aroma is very nice with pine and citrus and chocolate piled upon one another. Taste is a wonderful balance between sweet and bitter. This is a beer that should be sought out and rated by other Texas folk. Yummy!!!
