The pour is a dark amber color with an off-white head. Lots of toffee and bread malt aromas with a touch of toast. There is a bit of a nuttiness in the background. Tastes much like it smells. Sweet bread and toffee with a hint of brown sugar. A nice nuttiness and perhaps even a hint of vanilla. It’s also a bit toasty with a mild fruitiness. Not bad at all. (22oz bomber thanks to TCUfroggie) clear light amber with creamy tan bubbles. Nose of raisins, chocolate wafers, and cream. Taste of watery grain, umami, peppercorns, chocolate, unsweet, herbal, anise, not good. Stewed tomatoes too. Lots going on, but doesn’t go well together.
