Bottle given to me by my sister for Christmas, straight from the source. Pours an almost clear am bearish colour, with a far sized white head that recedes to a smaller version of itself and leaves behind bait of lace freckles on the glass walls. Nose is a bit sweet and fruity, I’ll say berries. Tastes a bit sweet initially, but is also a touch bitter. Grains come through quite a bit. It is very light.

Clear, crisp, but has a U-brew yeasty after taste. And they re branded it "crew craft lager"

[6321-20140512] Bottle. Odd fruity plastic mango lemon note in an otherwise grassy aroma. Clear, yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Grassy dough yeast flavour has a corn base. Light body. Poor. (5/3/4/2/8) 2.2

473ml can. Pours a clear yellow with a thin, white head. Aroma has nice notes of pilsner malt, grain, and slight fruity esters. Taste is balanced. Grain, pilsner malt, and traditional hops. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth with a smooth texture. Overall tasty but a bit standard. Would have again but there are too many other pilsners out there to stand out.

Can - Sweet pale malts and some grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Pale malts and grains. Light sweetness, but tastes better than it smells. Light and crisp.

Metalchopz (3474) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 4, 2014
Single can from the LCBO. Pours a light yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and some patchy lacing. Aromas of mild grain and hints of lemon sourness. Watery grain taste with some light grass in the finish. Hints of honey, but not really sweet. Medium-light bodied and crispy enough. A light beer that has a little more life than macro lagers.

GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 8, 2014
Can from the LCBO. Clear bright golden-yellow with a couple of fingers of white foam that recedes slowly. Aroma of toasted grain, honey crackers, freshly cut grass, and peppery herbs. Flavour follows the aroma pretty closely - grain and honey sweetness to start, grassy and peppery hops to finish. Builds quite a respectable amount of dry bitterness as it warms up a bit. Starts out a fairly nondescript pale lager, but by the end of the glass, it reveals itself to be a rather nice little pilsner.

I had a can of this recently from the LCBO. I am saddened by the steps this brewer has taken to offer another dumbed down product for the masses. Its sparkly hazy gold with a huge fizzy froth that dies quickly thereafter. Its quite grainy on the nose and it also hints at some hay grass notes but also creamed corn. A bit sweet with a good bitterness but I cant get the vegetal aroma off my mind as I drink this beast. Creamy finish, with mild bitterness. Ok if you dont want to think too much.

jercraigs (10731) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 18, 2014
2014-05-12. Crisp dark yellow body, large white head fades. Aroma of floral hops over sweet pale malts, buttercup notes. Flavour is sweetish pale malt core, very floral hop character, mild bitterness. Smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Okay. Can from the LCBO, Toronto
